Refund and Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused, except for a brief fit check.
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, damage, or washing.
Returned with its original tags, packaging, and included pieces.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Costumes showing signs of party use, outdoor use, washing, alteration, or extended wear cannot be returned.

Starting a Return

Email babuno.store@gmail.com with:

Your order number.
The item you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
Clear photographs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for:

Incorrect size selection.
Change of mind.
Accidental orders.
Preference-related returns.

We will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping when we confirm that the product arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery. Contact us within 7 days if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Include photographs of:

The full product.
The affected area.
The packaging and shipping label.

We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution after reviewing the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered costumes.
Products missing original tags, packaging, or pieces.
Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as final sale.
Gift cards.
Personalized products, if offered.
Items returned after the stated return period.

Exchanges

For a different size, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

The fastest option may be to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may require additional time to display the refund.

Order Refusal and Undeliverable Packages

Shipping charges and carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund when an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
